How to make time for yourself every single day

and create a stress free life!

Let me teach you how to decrease the stress you feel, make time for yourself daily and feel successful at work this Fall and into 2016.  We only have a few seats left!  Don’t miss this!

What would happen to your work life AND your personal life if you could balance self care, family and work with ease?  How would your life look differently if you could prioritize your time effectively?

For starters, you would be able to focus, think clearly and make decisions more easily.  Many of you would feel so energized and refreshed you would impress yourself by exercising (or-insert what’s missing in your life) more and prioritizing what’s REALLY important to you!

I have been working as a Self Care Expert and Life Coach for the past 4 1/2 years and have successfully managed my time and prioritized my self care ALL of these years.  When I was raising my young boys I got very comfortable asking for help and learning to say no (so I could spend time on what was most valuable to me and my family).

Stressing out over ‘lack of time’ was not my thing.  Worrying about what others would think of my decisions was not my thing!  This is why I want to teach YOU how you can be productive and successful at work (or in your business) AND have time for yourself, your friends and your family.  IT IS possible!

If you juggle multiple roles and feel like you’re being pulled in many different directions, this is for you!

You might not know this about me but I’ve coached some very busy people with typically stressful careers.  Here are some of them:  Lawyers, Doctors, Entrepreneurs, Media Hosts, Marketing Experts, Mortgage Brokers, Teachers, Firefighters…I taught these clients how to make time for themselves, their families and friends, without sacrificing their business success.   This helped them reconnect with their families and regain their emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health.
