How To Schedule In ‘Me Time’ EVERY Day!

 

Let me teach you how to decrease the stress you feel, make time for yourself daily and feel successful at work this Fall and into 2016.  We only have a few seats left!  Don’t miss this!

What would happen to your work life AND your personal life if you could balance self care, family and work with ease?  How would your life look differently if you could prioritize your time effectively?

For starters, you would be able to focus, think clearly and make decisions more easily.  Many of you would feel so energized and refreshed you would impress yourself by exercising/eating healthy or (fill in the blank). You would prioritize what’s REALLY important to you!

I have been working as a Self Care Expert and Life Coach for the past 4 1/2 years and have successfully managed my time and prioritized my self care ALL of these years.  When I was raising my young boys I got very comfortable asking for help and learning to say no (so I could spend time on what was most valuable to me and my family).

Angela came to me a busy single mom, juggling her son, her work and her volunteering commitments.  She always said yes to helping out in the community school and to staying late at work to prove she was “capable.”  She struggled with how to create a structure that would allow her to take time for herself when she felt like she had no time.  Using our system and coaching tools she is now creating time for herself in the pockets of her life.  Her confidence and love for herself have grown as she is learning to make time for what’s really important to her.

Ran came to me feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, trying to balance her new business, 4 kids (and one husband) and volunteer commitments.  Her HUSBAND was also FRUSTRATED with her time management.  He wanted her to have less stress in her life.  She said yes to everyone to ‘ensure’ others would accept her instead of carving out time to have peace of mind, business success and a happy family life–her real priorities.  She didn’t know how to say no without feeling guilty.  She is starting to see breakthroughs by consciously managing her time!  She uses the tools from the group coaching program to create realistic expectations for herself that decrease her stress.  Due to the coaching she has received she is now simplifying her goals and has created action steps towards them that are attainable.

Tammy was in a negative mental rut when she came to me.  She was finding it difficult to appreciate her current circumstances.  She juggled multiple roles: employee, small business owner, mom (and step mom).  She was always focusing on what she didn’t have yet and felt her responsibilities were holding her back from feeling more fulfilled.  Her negative focus made her feel stressed and frustrated.  She integrated the advice and applied the systems shared in the coaching program and is now feeling in control of her life again!  Her thought patterns have become positive allowing for hope and possibility.  This has impacted how great she’s feeling about her future.  She’s also experiencing a depth in her relationship with her children and husband that she has never tasted before!
