International Women’s Day Is Coming Up!!

International Women’s Day is coming up on March 8th!!  Do you know what this means?  It’s a great opportunity to recognize yourself (and maybe your friends) by focusing on your weaknesses checking out your incredible qualities!

Your Value

Think of it.  Even if you weren’t a daughter, wife, mother, business woman, friend, caregiver, athlete, you would still be valuable.  You know why?  Your actions don’t make you more or less valuable.  You have that value (heaps of it) engrained inside of you.  Even if you don’t feel valuable, you are.

Your Contribution

It’s time to give yourself credit.  I’m not saying walk away from this article with a super inflated ego!  I’m saying, “C’mon!”  Take a good look at all you are, all you do for those around you.  Do you know how many moments and lives you’ve impacted for the better?  You have made a lasting impression and been an inspiration to more people than you are aware of.  They may not have told you yet, but it’s true.

Your Strengths

Yes.  You have them.  You might not been keenly aware of them but they are there.  You might be so naturally good at x, y and z that you don’t notice them as your strengths.  Forget about your weaknesses.  They can wait for another day.  Plus, you pay too much attention to them anyways!  Mull over what you love about yourself, your eye for beauty, your skill with numbers, your critical thinking and idea generating ability.   What about how well you communicate or listen?  How about the way you parent or how loyal you are to those around you?  You have many strengths and I celebrate them with you today!

YOU are awesome.  I’m taking a moment to say, “You Rock.”

What ladies rock YOUR world?  Let’s celebrate them over on my facebook page by sharing their names under this post.   They deserve credit!

Love,

Amy

Testimonials

During my coaching sessions with Amy I was given many techniques to deal with personal stress provoking situations.  I regularly use these techniques now.
Monique Robertson
My time management has radically improved and I am getting a better handle on my finances.  Most importantly, my personal dreams and spiritual goals are flourishing.  My ability to relate well to my coworkers and handle my own stress has also benefited immensely.
Kisa Macdonald, Lawyer
One key principle Amy encouraged me to implement was to guard my rest (unplugging from the world and its demands). As I took care of myself better my focus and energy increased as well as my resiliency to deal with my life as a whole.  I saw how this internal peace improved my decision making, conflict resolution and even building up my business.
Jenn Co.
As a physician and mother, itʼs always been a challenge to balance work, home and self-care, but now I have more tools and ideas to make this easier.  Amy helped me set clear goals to improve my quality of life and it was amazing to see the improvement over the course of the eight sessions.
Anonymous Physician Chick
My life is fuller than it was before I met Amy.  I have more confidence and zest for life!  I want to do more for me and by doing so, for others.
Holly Brading
Amy helped me identify and acknowledge my insecurities and fears.  Now I know I don’t have to live in fear. I don’t have to be afraid to show the world who I am.
