Success Story: Making Time For Better Health

How do some of the world’s most successful people manage to consistently take time off for their health?  From my experience running my business and coaching 100’s of entrepreneurs and leaders, there are two keys to better health that successful people implement daily.  If you want to take time off for mental and physical health, put these keys into practice!

Self Discipline is a hot topic in my group coaching program, “The Healthy, Wealthy Leader.”  It is one of the keys to taking more time off, feeling healthier and more energized.  How do you develop it is the real key!  Self discipline takes practice.  It involves commitment to your most important goals -daily.  It also helps you boost your income!

Jim Rohn says, “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.” Robert Kiyosaki claims that “Confidence comes from discipline and training.”

Control your habits to develop self discipline!

From my experience, the more I become self disciplined, the happier I am.  Why?  This seems backwards!  I realize more of my goals – like having time for my family, having fun with them and friends, making time for my health AND all the while, building and maintaining business success.

Create a Rigid Structure

You’ll find it’s easier to make time for your health when you put it in your calendar.  A client of mine hired me to help him regain his happiness and health.  He was already a very successful and wealthy businessman.  He already realized that money isn’t the key to happiness.

The first step I had him take was to make health a priority on his calendar.  It’s simple to do but requires self discipline to implement.  Your priorities should take first place on your calendar.  This client is now creating a successful health plan simply by making a plan and not wavering from it.

Juggling work, personal health and family time can be exhausting!  That’s why you need to develop self discipline and create a strict structure to make time for your health.  You can do it!  I know you can.  I’ve done it.  My clients do it.  You’re next!!

If you’re ready to take your health, wealth or free time to the next level, contact me!  I’d be happy to have a chat with you about your goals and what type of action plan I would recommend.

Much Love,

Amy

Testimonials

Amy helped me identify and acknowledge my insecurities and fears.  Now I know I don’t have to live in fear. I don’t have to be afraid to show the world who I am.
Rocio Olvera
My life is fuller than it was before I met Amy.  I have more confidence and zest for life!  I want to do more for me and by doing so, for others.
Holly Brading
As a physician and mother, itʼs always been a challenge to balance work, home and self-care, but now I have more tools and ideas to make this easier.  Amy helped me set clear goals to improve my quality of life and it was amazing to see the improvement over the course of the eight sessions.
Anonymous Physician Chick
During my coaching sessions with Amy I was given many techniques to deal with personal stress provoking situations.  I regularly use these techniques now.
Monique Robertson
My time management has radically improved and I am getting a better handle on my finances.  Most importantly, my personal dreams and spiritual goals are flourishing.  My ability to relate well to my coworkers and handle my own stress has also benefited immensely.
Kisa Macdonald, Lawyer
One key principle Amy encouraged me to implement was to guard my rest (unplugging from the world and its demands). As I took care of myself better my focus and energy increased as well as my resiliency to deal with my life as a whole.  I saw how this internal peace improved my decision making, conflict resolution and even building up my business.
