Maximize Good Health With A Cleanse

I never knew how helpful cleansing was until last year!  I never knew how much it would benefit my health until I tried.  I was feeling sore and uncomfortable due to inflammation I was trying to manage/deal with.  Nothing much had helped other than painkillers, which I’m not too fond of.

A friend of mine introduced me to a really nutrient, mineral and botanical rich cleanse that she said had really helped her get rid of discomfort.  Others had told me that my discomfort couldn’t be helped and it may end up getting worse.  I didn’t want to accept that as my reality!

So What Happened?

Very quickly I started to feel an incredible increase in mental clarity and my energy was through the roof!  I was also releasing weight (due to toxins that were being released) that had hung around after my boys were born.  My cravings for sugar were decreasing which made me very happy!  AND my discomfort noticeably subsided and I felt so much more comfortable…

How The Cleanse Worked

I decided that I was going to take a mini break from sugar and wine as well as add this nutritious, all natural cleanse into my daily meal routine.  The cleanse lasted for 30 days.  For six days of each week I ate clean and incorporated a nutrient dense, protein shake (with added greens etc.) into my meals.  On the seventh day I would cleanse, releasing toxins and dangerous visceral fat while I nourished my body and gave it a break from working so hard.
