5 Things I can’t Stop Smiling About

1) The Right Questions

Debbie Ford’s book, The Right Questions, equips me with powerful questions that empower and strengthen me.  When I’m facing temptation or a big decision I can ask myself if I’m about to act on the basis of Faith or Fear.

2) Quality Inspiration

When I released my group coaching program (due to start April 27th) I began to connect with more and more quality women.  I realized once again that I am surrounded by incredible women, women of the Comox Valley and beyond.  These women are engaged in changing their communities and like me, want to be plugged into an inner circle of like-minded go-getters!

3) The Power Of Yes

Recently I met a Life Coach who challenges me in business and life.  I am still smiling because I chose to step forward and risk instead of living in my comfort zone!  You better believe I celebrated my decision because I want to make sure my new habits stick.

4) Ease and Convenience

Most days I enjoy a shake for lunch.  If I’m at home I’ll blend my protein powder up with fruit, a greens powder, kale or spinach and WHA-BAM!!  I have a convenient, easy meal that’s filling, great for my metabolism and super healthy.

5) Confirmations

I believe our Creator will always confirm for us the direction we are to head in.  Our work lays in tuning our ears to listen to the confirmations.  Then, we trust.  I’ve had many confirmations in the last month.  These confirmations always remind me that there is a bigger plan for all of our lives and that if we will listen, we will hear what we need to hear.
