Ten Truths About You That Will Quiet The Worrier Within (Part 3 of 3)

In the 3rd part of this three part series I’m giving you this list to remember.  Remember these things about yourself when you start worrying about what others may think of you.

  1. You are enough.  Even though you have failed and let others down, let yourself down.  Even though you don’t ever seem to achieve as much as you want.  You are enough.
  2. You are beautiful.  People may have told you or implied that you are not beautiful unless you look like them.  Maybe you believed your beauty is only skin deep.  That’s a lie.
  3. You are loved.  Nothing you have ever done or could ever do will change that.
  4. You matter.  There are many people in this world but only one you.  No one is exactly like you, who has a heart and purpose exactly like you.  No one can replace you.
  5. You are valuable.  Maybe you have felt like someone threw you away
  6. You have potential.  Let your talents and gifts come to the light.  You might find what you’re naturally good at comes with much effort to someone else.
  7. You will go far.  Don’t let anyone, especially yourself, tell you otherwise.
  8. You have an exciting future.  Nothing determines your future aside from the decisions you make right now…not your past, your family or anything else.
  9. You are more fantastic when you’re yourself.  Don’t be like everyone else.
  10. You are smart.  You will make wise decisions.

Others need to hear these truths as well.  Why don’t you try whispering one or two of these truths into someone else’s ear or leaving a note for someone.  It might be a note they keep for a long time…to remind themselves.  What truth do you need to be told?  For those of you who are in relationships, ask your partner to remind you of the truth about yourself.  For you single lovelies, ask someone near and dear to remind you.

My desire for you is to start believing the truth about yourselves so you’re not so wrapped up with what others think of you.

Much love,

Amy

Testimonials

As a physician and mother, itʼs always been a challenge to balance work, home and self-care, but now I have more tools and ideas to make this easier.  Amy helped me set clear goals to improve my quality of life and it was amazing to see the improvement over the course of the eight sessions.
Anonymous Physician Chick
One key principle Amy encouraged me to implement was to guard my rest (unplugging from the world and its demands). As I took care of myself better my focus and energy increased as well as my resiliency to deal with my life as a whole.  I saw how this internal peace improved my decision making, conflict resolution and even building up my business.
Jenn Co.
My time management has radically improved and I am getting a better handle on my finances.  Most importantly, my personal dreams and spiritual goals are flourishing.  My ability to relate well to my coworkers and handle my own stress has also benefited immensely.
Kisa Macdonald, Lawyer
During my coaching sessions with Amy I was given many techniques to deal with personal stress provoking situations.  I regularly use these techniques now.
Monique Robertson
Amy helped me identify and acknowledge my insecurities and fears.  Now I know I don’t have to live in fear. I don’t have to be afraid to show the world who I am.
Rocio Olvera
My life is fuller than it was before I met Amy.  I have more confidence and zest for life!  I want to do more for me and by doing so, for others.
